If you refer a Speech or Debate coach who we hire, you could earn $500!
We are growing! BL Debate Academy is always looking for extraordinary individuals to join our team of coaches. We are recruiting dynamic and passionate speech and debate candidates. Do you know someone who may be a great fit? Complete this FORM to let us know who you are and that you are interested in the referral program.
Advise all your referrals to apply openings HERE and list you as a reference. If you are not a current employee, candidates must select “Referral — Non-Employee” and reference your name, email address, and phone number so we know how to get in touch with you. If you are a current employee, candidates must select “Referral — Current Employee” for source and reference your name.
HOW DO I GET PAID?
You will receive your referral bonus once the referred candidate has been employed at BL Debate Academy for 90 days and in good standing. A member of our HR Team will contact you near the 90-day mark to request up-to-date contact information.
Referral bonus cannot be issued for candidates that were hired through a staffing agency.
SPREAD THE WORD!
In addition to reaching out directly to those you think may be interested, consider sharing posts on your own social media pages. Remember that if someone applies after seeing your post, they will still need to list you as a reference.
Please note, only one person can be listed as a referral.
PROGRAM TERMS
Eligibility for an external referral bonus is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- If you refer to BL Debate Academy an individual whom we hire for a job, you will receive a $500 Referral Bonus subject to the rules below.
- Your referral must name you as their referral source on their application.
- After 90 days after the first day that your referral formally reports for work, we’ll reach out to you to confirm your contact information and get consent to send you a $500 check or epayment (subject to applicable taxes).
- You must acknowledge consent to these terms to be eligible for a Referral Bonus.
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of referral to be eligible for a Referral Bonus.
- Candidates for BL Debate Academy employment may not refer themselves to receive a Referral Bonus.
- There is no limit to the number of Referral Bonuses that an individual may receive under this program.
- The Referral Bonus Program is intended to connect us with people we would not otherwise have found. If we were already in contact with or connected to your referral at the time of your referral, we will let you know and you will be ineligible for the Referral Bonus for that person.
- We reserve the right to discontinue this program at any time.
